This is a small local town factory.
Among the grubby men, there is one female employee with a terrible attitude, far from being a graceful flower.
She is a former delinquent who has worked at this factory since graduating from middle school.
As the supervisor, she rules the factory, and even the president cannot speak up about her attitude.
In this Reiwa era, it is not easy to fire employees, and while the president was worrying, a proposal came from one of the employees.
"Could we... indirectly force the supervisor to resign voluntarily?"
As one of the proposals, "removing the women's restroom" was suggested.
