A "complainer" is someone who repeatedly makes unreasonable, excessive, or persistent demands and harassment (complaints) against companies or stores, based on dissatisfaction with products or services. Unlike a simple legitimate complaint, there are many malicious cases that lead to mental exhaustion and business obstruction.
