Asumi, a new graduate OL, comes in for a health checkup. However, this hospital is a den of perverted doctors who use the exam as a cover to relentlessly attack and develop her nipples. The stethoscope gradually moves from her heart toward her nipples. The cold metal touches her areola, causing a slight reaction. The doctor doesn't miss it, locking onto a promising patient. Her large, easy-to-pinch nipples are meticulously played with. Through repeated pinching, flicking, and licking, her body is conditioned to reach orgasm through fully erect nipples. She can no longer escape this nipple development procedure that goes far beyond a simple diagnosis.
