Yamada, an elderly man told he has only six months to live, decides to spend his money on a massage therapist since wealth is useless at the end of life. Enter Ayami, a beautiful therapist. Captivated by her beauty and hospitality, Yamada requests her services repeatedly, and the two gradually grow closer. Ayami begins to empathize with Yamada's short remaining life and offers "ejaculation care" as an extra service not typically included. Little does she know that this opens the door to a forbidden relationship... A fragile yet lewd pure love story between a devoted, compassionate beauty and a dying old man. #HanchoP
