Three years into her marriage, Mahiro has been struggling with her relationship with her husband. He tells her she's plain and doesn't see her as a woman, and the gap between them grows wider by the day. In the midst of this, the company decides she should go on a business trip with Director Noguchi to gain more experience. For a year, Mahiro and Noguchi's conversations were strictly about work... Eventually, she passes out from drinking, and when she wakes up, she is in a love hotel. While the gentlemanly Noguchi tells her not to worry because they haven't done anything, Mahiro says she doesn't want to go home yet and shares an intense kiss with him...
