Koharu Sasaki is 48 years old and a mother of three, married for 19 years. It has been 14 years since her couple's sex life ceased following her third pregnancy. Since then, she has enjoyed sex outside the home. Working as a nurse in elderly care, she has had affairs with various partners, from colleagues to the families of her patients. However, her massive libido could not be satisfied by occasional cheating alone. Now approaching 50, she decided to appear in this film to finally let loose. At work, she is an "angel in white" who treats the elderly with compassion, but in reality, she is a cock addict. Please witness the challenge of this nurse housewife with two different faces.
