A group of men and women, all deemed unable to repay their debts, are trapped in a cramped space containing only a bed. As part of a social experiment to combat the declining birthrate, the rule is simple: if they can impregnate the woman, their debts will be wiped clean. Only by achieving a successful creampie and implantation can they leave the room. The only woman present is Rei, an exhausted office lady buried in debt from spending too much on host clubs and consumer loans. With her as the sole female, the men have no choice but to creampie her if they ever want to escape.
Among them is a man with no morals who seizes the chance to rape her, a "cock knight" who wants to fuck her but tries to protect her, and a timid man paralyzed by guilt. Their despair, conflict, and raw sexual desire collide in a group creampie orgy!
