Three years after the previous "Orgasm Game." Atsushi, the former organizer, was living happily with his girlfriend, Momiji. While preparing to move in together, the two are kidnapped by men posing as movers. Upon waking up, Atsushi and Momiji are confused to find themselves back at the venue of the Orgasm Game he once hosted. There, they also see Waka, his ex-girlfriend and a participant from the previous game... Ten men and women gathered in the rugged venue compete for a prize of 100 million yen. The curtain rises once again on the "Orgasm Game," a mad game of climax where those who cum first are eliminated!! A crazy game of making each other cum, where the first to finish is out.
