A self-employed couple, exhausted by life and work, with a sex life that has gone stale. They visit a psychosomatic clinic, but it turns out to be a horrific place where a corrupt doctor named Ozawa performs lewd brainwashing and sex training under the guise of treatment. Through his malicious practices that dig into the gaps of her heart, the wife, Miki, gradually becomes a nympho... She begins to crave Doctor Ozawa's thick cock, taking it deep into her throat. Ignoring her husband, who is shocked after spying on her, she proceeds to masturbate with a dildo in an M-shape spread-eagle position before giving the doctor a blowjob. To the protesting husband, Ozawa coldly declares, "Miki-san is starting to awaken to real sex. It's about time you woke up too! Now, the two of you have sex right there—real sex!" While the husband rejoices, thinking everything is going well, Miki still cannot forget Doctor Ozawa's thick cock...
