There's this young, cute newcomer at my production company. Her name is Risa Hibino. She's an AD—the honest, bright, hard-working type. I've had my eye on her for a while. She's got that perfect "junior" vibe that I love. She looks up to me, saying she wants to become a director like me, and personally, her looks are a total ten. Plus, her tits are huge. She's gotta be at least an F-cup... I just want to knead them.
So, I've been waiting for a chance to get her, but she seemed to have her guard up, so I just kept making steady approaches. For today, I figured I'd act like a proper senior and listen to her daily complaints. I casually invited her over to my place to chat about work. That's when I managed to draw out Risa's anxieties about being impatient to get promoted from AD to director. She doesn't want to lose to her peers, and she wants to stand on her own two feet as soon as possible. She has the motivation, but she doesn't know how to seize the opportunity.
Seeing her struggle like that, I thought, "Gotcha!" and took advantage of her weakness.
Me: "Who you work under is incredibly important, you know?"
Me: "To be honest, I think there are plenty of employees who could become directors anytime, way more than you, Risa."
Me: "If you're serious about aiming for it, it'd be better for you to stay on good terms with me."
In short, I was telling her, "If you want to climb the ladder, flattering me is your best bet, so let me fuck you once right here, today."
After I proposed such a bottom-of-the-barrel deal, she responded:
Woman: "You're right... to become the best..."
Woman: "I'll do my best..."
She nodded and accepted the kiss, though she looked bewildered.
I know it's a cowardly move and I'm kind of crazy for doing it, but she's just as bad for going along with it. Well, I'll introduce her to the right work later. But for now, I'll take what I want as payment.
