This town has no famous landmarks, no local specialties, and nothing to brag about. The public safety is pretty bad, and to be honest, it's not exactly a pleasant place to live. That's why the local government decided to introduce a new system! Apparently, just by paying a monthly flat fee as a tax, you can have sex with any city hall employee as much as you want! It seems what you can do depends on the amount you pay, but I wondered if there were even any cute girls working there... and there are! There really are!! Following the introduction of this system, the city hall established a "Sexual Life Safety Division" and hired several beautiful, cute, kind, and horny girls! Really? Is this too good to be true... I wonder what the truth behind the rumors is...
