Ken fell down the stairs and broke his dominant arm. With his mother away and unable to even eat on his own, Kozue, a neighbor who has been like family since he was a child, rushed to his side. Her devoted care at such close range makes Ken unintentionally aroused, and he indulges in masturbation while fantasizing about her. However, Kozue catches him in the act. Now acutely aware of each other, their hidden feelings are gradually revealed.
