"In this village, women just need to get pregnant!!" It was the long-time dream of Naoki, a doctor, and his wife Kanae, a nurse, to open a small clinic in the countryside to help people suffering in a dying village. Their dream came true, and after moving to the countryside, they spent peaceful and happy days, thanks in part to Kanae's devoted and gentle nature. However, among the villagers facing a declining birthrate, some began to resent Kanae for running the clinic without having children of her own. One night, villagers broke into the clinic and subjected her to repeated piston-like pounding and creampie sex until her womb felt overturned, sending her happy life spiraling into the abyss...
