It has been a month since Toshio Matsumoto was diagnosed with cancer. In the darkness, he recalls Tomoko Itoi, his former classmate. Toshio fell in love with her because she treated him, despite his low status, without discrimination. Forty years have passed... Now, Toshio is alone, lost in thought. 53 years old, stage 4 pancreatic cancer. In his fantasies, Toshio completely defiled the smiling face of Tomoko he remembered. He couldn't help himself. And when he next opened his eyes... Toshio's mind was made up. He was going to take Tomoko.
