Smile Life Home is a cozy nursing home with a high population of male residents. Ren, a young and lovely caregiver, began working there. While she devotedly cared for the elderly, the old men began to have lewd imaginations about her. Taking advantage of her small mistakes, they threatened her by claiming "medical malpractice." Flustered by their words, her naive nature led her to let the old men toy with her young body. The vulgar and obscene acts of these old men, who have given up on their short remaining lives, escalate day by day, and Ren's pitiful life of being relentlessly fucked continues today.
