Among the sweaty, unkempt men, there is one female employee with a terrible attitude, far from being a graceful flower.
She is a former delinquent who has worked at this factory since graduating from middle school.
Holding the position of supervisor, she rules the factory, and even the president cannot speak up about her behavior.
In this Reiwa era, it is not easy to fire employees, and while the president was worrying, a proposal came from one of the employees.
"Could we... indirectly force the supervisor to resign on her own?"
As one of the suggestions, "removing the women's restroom" was proposed.
