Satomi is a renowned home-visit caregiver. Her job is to take requests from the main office and go directly to the homes of those who cannot (or will not) visit care facilities to provide them with care. Her current client is known to be difficult, and she has heard that several previous caregivers have requested to be reassigned. When Satomi visits the Takagi household, she is greeted by Masaya, the son of Akio Takagi, who requires care. After hearing the details from Masaya, she goes to see Akio himself. Will Satomi be accepted by Akio?
