"Hidden Ranker"
An acquaintance of mine who runs several delivery health shops in the Tokai region told me.
"If you want to find a truly cute girl in delivery health, you'd better look for a 'hidden ranker' (that's what I call them)."
"Because the truly cute girls don't make it into the rankings."
I think the girl this time was exactly that.
"Depending on the shop, rankings are basically point-based."
"Points are allocated for things like number of nominations, options, extensions... etc., and the total points determine the next month's ranking."
"In other words, to get into the rankings, you have to work a lot of shifts and hours in the first place."
"The shops want that, of course."
"But..."
But?
"The truly cute girls don't enter the rankings."
"To begin with, those girls hardly ever work."
"Because they say they get exhausted since their slots get filled immediately once they clock in (lol)."
"In fact, working just one day can cover their living expenses for one to two weeks, so they're financially comfortable."
"Naturally, they couldn't care less about the rankings."
"Their bookings get filled even without being in one."
"By the way, there's also a 'main nomination' ranking, but you need a certain number of bookings to get into that."
"I mean, if someone works just a few hours once a month and that gets filled by a specific booking, their main nomination rate would be 100% the next month, which is meaningless, right?"
That's certainly true.
"Well, basically, if you're choosing from the rankings, you won't get to play with the truly cute girls."
"You've got to find a hidden ranker (lol)."
Since I don't use delivery health services much, I didn't even know how to look for one.
However, the receptionist on the phone was strongly recommending this girl.
"This girl rarely works and gets booked up instantly, so if you're going to book, she's definitely the best choice!"
Hmm?
Isn't this exactly what a "hidden ranker" is?
