Chiharu had been abstaining from sex for 13 days to try and conceive a child with her husband. Today is Friday, and it's the ovulation day she's been waiting for. Thanks to her abstinence, she's incredibly horny and highly sensitive, making it the perfect day for baby-making. However, her manager, Oki, suddenly asks her to work overtime. While working alone in the empty office, a terrifying masked man suddenly approaches her... No matter how much she runs, the masked man chases her down and creampies her as she flees in panic. Before she knows it, after being creampied 13 times in total, Chiharu's sanity begins to crumble...
